The Aullwood Garden MetroPark along Wiles Creek in Dayton Ohio is one of the best public garden parks in the area. I visited during the Spring season when the flowers on the forest floor were starting to bloom and were beautiful. There were daffodils and Virginia bluebells! I was told that the Lilac Lawn blooms in May, while the red buds and peonies in June.

Due to COVID restrictions, the mile-long garden trail was only one-way. The trail goes through various landscaped gardens, then through the woods and a prairie.
