The legendary Christmas Lights of Clifton Mill is one of the attractions in Clifton, Ohio during the holiday season. According to the website, the annual light show has been featured in Midwest Living and Ohio Magazine as one of the country’s finest, with “over 4 million lights illuminating the mill, the gorge, the riverbanks, trees and bridges.”

When is it open?

It is a nightly show that starts at the day after Thanksgiving and through December 30.

What are the best days to visit?

Gates open at 5 PM and the lights come on at 6 PM. Gates close at 9 PM; lights go off 30 minutes after gates close. The best days to visit are weekdays when crowd is less.

Is there an entrance fee?

There is an entrance fee of $10 per person. Children at age 3 and under have free admission.

What’s the mode of payment?

Debit and credit cards are accepted at the gate. Paying cash is better as it gets you inside much faster.
