The molds attacked my Oscar Mayer Light Bologna (Chicken and Pork) product! And it was not even expired! I bought one pack in WalMart in the third week of January, ate some of it, and the rest were properly stored in the fridge. Voila, molds appeared 4 days later!
I checked the expiration date and it said February 18, 2013. I wondered why it took only a few days after opening for molds to develop.
