Is it true that a heavy snowfall occurred in the southern Philippines this week? There is a video circulating online showing an ongoing snow fall hitting some banana plants and a tropical-looking house.
Was there really a snow scene? There was no mention of the specific location where exactly the snowfall occurred. Needless to say, the southern Philippines is composed of so many provinces!
