The Shrine of Our Lady of the Snows in Belleville Illinois annually holds a month-long or so event called “Way of Lights.” It is when the Shrine sparkles with Christmas display that focuses on the birth of Christ. It claims that it uses over one million lights!

Here are few blurry photos (it was freezing that time) I took the first time I visited the Shrine with my sister.

Belleville, Illinois Way of Lights begins at the last week of November and ends at the first week of January. It is open from 5 – 9 p.m. nightly.
