Like all other big museums I have visited, the San Diego Museum of Art in California features European, American, and South Asian paintings and sculptures. With two floors of exhibits, you can enjoy the museum’s countless treasures, which are all explained in English and Spanish labels.

I love that the museum was not crowded even if I was there on a weekend, even if the building is in the middle of the busy Balboa Park. And with a reasonable entry fee of $15 (discounts apply for students, seniors, and military personnel), it is worth seeing every fine art.

Depending on how intrigue you are in each piece of art, you can spend a couple of hours walking through the museum and stopping at interesting artworks.

The San Diego Museum of Art is a small gem in the park, but filled with so many art pieces to see and love.

Museum experience rating: 9/10.
