Simply put: outdated. The Museum of Spanish Colonial Art in Santa Fe, New Mexico boasts to explore the Spanish colonial arts and crafts from the 1600’s to the present, yet failed to do so. The small exhibit area, with very little artifacts, was not even educational. I asked the man in-charge at the desk where the Philippine exhibits were located, and surprise, he cannot tell me which section of the room! Most of the time, the man was just tinkering on the computer and was never accommodating.

Even if Santa Fe is promoting this museum, do not visit and waste your $8 for the entrance fee. You can learn about the Spanish Colonial Art somewhere else, not here.
