Most of the bad reviews you read online about the Days Inn and Suites Mesa in Arizona were probably customers having a standard accommodation. I had a suite accommodation with one King bed, and i was happy. For a price of just $70 a night, who wouldn’t be?

The hotel has an outdoor pool just in front of my room. It has a free and fast Wi-Fi connection. While most of the hotels provide cable TV, this one has so many movie channels.

I had a coffee maker, a microwave, and a refrigerator. Because I am in a suite, I had a rollaway bed plus a living-room space!

The bathroom was neat and tidy.  No sign of molds or stains.

There was plenty of room for everyone to sit and even sleep.

Since I am very particular on bed bugs, I checked for signs.  I saw nothing on the sheets.  Bed was comfortable.

The only negative thing about the hotel was the free continental breakfast. The Indian guy who was manning the front desk (the dining area was located beside it), hid the yogurt behind a column (see the photo below.)  When a lady with a kid asked if there was any yogurt, he said that they ran out of supply.  Since I know he was lying, I went to the him and asked for one.   Surprised of my upfront demeanor, he gave me one.  However, as soon as I turned my back, he took the yogurt container away from everyone’s view.  What a jerk!
