Filipino call center agent, Shan Cruz Rivera, from TRG Call Center in Manila, is getting the attention he wants — in a bad way. He is now labeled as a Call Center disgrace after he proudly posted a video of him on his Facebook account making fun of callers on the phone. The videos showed him asking ridiculous questions to customers, telling them that the questions are part of the “security” protocol.

The videos have been reposted by concerned people on YouTube and became viral. Filipinos are not amused of his stupid act since it might put the whole call center industry, which the Philippines is famous for, at risk.
