Capers 2010 in SDSU – Wanna watch the production?

I just realized today after seeing the poster at the coffee shop that two of my friends are part of Capers 2010 in SDSU. Maria and Ben will be joining the Capers 2010 cast. Nice.

I have been wanting to see this theater production that South Dakota State University students present annually. I don’t know why for the past two years, the show date always slipped my mind. Maybe because there was no one to accompany me. Watching productions like Capers becomes livelier when you have someone to smile and laugh with while stuck on your seat. Maybe because none of my friends were part of the crew. Having to see someone you know of perform on stage, makes you feel happy and proud. Besides you really have to see how well your friends do and compliment them for a job well done.

So this week, I’d be watching one of the 5 performances.

If you want to watch it, it will run from January 26 to 30 at the SDSU Doner Auditorium. Performances start at 7:30 p.m. CT. General admission tickets are $9 for adults and $7 for all students. Advance tickets are available from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the administration box office and again at 6 p.m. on performance nights.

I will post my review and some photos later this week.
